“Lovely house very well equipped and close to amenities.”

The house is on a quiet residential street with its own parking which was a bonus as these days parking always seems to be a problem.

The property

This beautifully presented, detached holiday home is located in the seaside town of Felixtowe and offers plenty to do from your doorstep.

Perfectly positioned for enjoying the Suffolk Coast you can also discover the nearby foot ferries, which operate to Harwich and Bawdsey.

Parking is directly outside and the front door opens to a spacious hallway, with ample storage for beach and walking gear.

Downstairs offers a bright and airy sitting room, an ideal space for everyone to enjoy relaxing in.

During the cooler months, you can benefit the warmth from the woodburning stove, ideal for late nights with a good movie or reading a book after a day out exploring.

The modern kitchen is the perfect space for cooking when you decide not to visit one of the many nearby eateries.

Patio doors lead out to the back garden, which enjoys a raised decking looking down over a good size lawn.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate dining room, where all guests can enjoy home cooked meals together.

Upstairs, there are three spacious bedrooms, two king-size doubles and a twin.

In addition to the ground shower room, there is a family bathroom upstairs, with walk-in shower and a freestanding bath.

The enclosed garden is a perfect place for kids and pets to enjoy, a real suntrap, ideal for relaxing with a good book while soaking up the Suffolk sunshine.

Felixtowe has a lovely coastline, traditional amusements, leisure centre with pool, golf courses and a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy.

The popular market town of Woodbridge is just a short drive away and worth a visit.

For guests who love history, make sure you visit the nearby Languard Fort and slightly further afield the famous National Trust site of Sutton Hoo, believed to be one of the most magnificent archaeological finds in England, with a ship burial, thought to date back to the early 7th century.
