"I have emailed a complaint your Customer Services department."
As you will see from the photographs taken on arrival, the house had not been cleaned to any acceptable standard let alone a COVID standard and the equipment and grounds left a great deal to be desired.

"What a pity that such a superbly located cottage was in need of a deep clean and some redecoration."
Also the gardens and surrounds needed some TLC. Surprised that there wasn't a serving tray, frying pan big enough to cook four eggs, grill pan handle or bathmat in the downstairs bathroom.

"Excellent barn converted cottage."
Great layout, great location with awesome sunrise / sunset views. Not a lot to do out and about without travelling but for a quiet chill out in peace it's perfect.
Thanks

"Fabulous cottage, extremely rural and peaceful, well equipped, spacious and absolutely ideal for our doggy’s first holiday as it’s well away from the road with meadows onsite to run around in and has a pretty enclosed garden."
Would definitely return to this beautiful part of Suffolk. Great walks nearby,

"The Dairy is exactly what was described."
It is a lovely converted barn located in the middle of nowhere (literally). A real getaway from it all with wonderful views over the countryside and lots of walks and wild life.
After a morning exploring with the dogs it was a pleasure to return to the barn and its fully equipped facilities and enjoy in the knowledge that no one was going to disturb our afternoon of relaxation.
Hannah communicated well with us and made us aware that she was available at any time if we needed her (which we didn't).
A great place to be if you truly want to be away from the hustle and bustle of life.

"Lovely views across the fields from the living area and can look at the stars at night from the upper bedrooms skylights."
Plenty of electrical sockets for all your electrical devices.
Using a wildlife camera trap we took we managed to see lots of rabbits and a tawny owl.

"This was perfect for holidaying with dogs as property is located next to open fields."
The downside to this is the vast amount of flys!! It is in a very rural location so you need to be ok with single track roads to travel anywhere. We loved the peace and quiet and slow pace. The barn contained everything needed for a enjoyable holiday although it was missing the listed DVD player.
