The area surrounding Halesworth offers many places of interest such as the pretty coastal village of Southwold with its lighthouse and array of colourful beach huts, just a 9 mile drive away, or, a little further afield, the medieval city of Norwich with its two cathedrals, Norman castle, art galleries and stylish pubs, cafes and restaurants.
A wonderful cottage base for enjoying the delights of Suffolk and its beautiful Heritage Coastline, a short drive away.

The beautiful Suffolk Heritage Coastline features unspoilt heathlands and the RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve, whilst the internationally renowned Snape Maltings Concert Hall, and the delightful coastal towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh are all within a short drive. With the cities of Ipswich and Norwich both within touring distance, Halesworth is an ideal location from which to discover Suffolk.
