  • "We had a wonderful peaceful week staying in this lovely house, the amount of birds and wildlife that visited the garden was an added bonus."

Particularly watching the bar owl who lives next door. Super comfy beds and amazingly well equipped!

  • "A very spacious and comfortable character property with excellent facilities."

A family group of nine of us spent a fabulous and relaxing week there which was only slightly marred by a fault with the gas oven, which after reporting, did not appear to be rectified during our stay. That said, we would not hesitate to recommend the property to others.

  • "Beautiful house in peaceful surroundings."

Above average level of comfort. Superbly equipped. Stayed with extended family and plenty of room to be together or to stay apart. No-one wanted to leave, everyone wanted to return. Merits more than five stars.
