Unfortunately, a little difficult if you are struggling with mobility issues due to very steep and narrow stairs which needed a further bannister on the right, biggish step into kitchen and very tiny bathroom. Extremely tight and low WC, Not sure what happens when heating / towel rail is on to prevent burning yourself? Very tiny basin. Shower good but could do with shelf. Incline in front room disconcerting if you have a bad hip. Kitchen door window needs wider net curtain and blinds for privacy! Spent hours trying to get TV monitor to work but owner brought new TV which was good. Think it would be much better if spare bedroom was an En-suite and then kitchen would be much bigger too. Lovely and clean and very nice neighbours.
