  • "All in all, a great cottage and we very much enjoyed our time spent there."

A couple of observations. 1. Disappointed that there was no 'welcome pack', with no milk in the fridge, and only one teabag between us, the first thing we had to do upon arrival was go shopping! 2. No local maps with details of walks etc, I appreciate that these can regularly go 'missing' but for the sake of a few pounds could be easily replaced.

  • "Would have liked a clothes waiter or washing line to dry clothes."

Mat in small front bedroom by bed needs something to stop it slipping on floor. Really lovely cottage and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in it.

  • "The cottage was excellent, lovely and bright, very comfortable and well equipped."

We were pleased to see that a lot of the features of the cottage had been retained and particularly liked the mix of vintage and modern, enjoyed the art works. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay.
