There is no BBQ provided but we had taken our own portable one. The only negative in our option was that guests need to be aware that it is situated on a very busy road junction which can be, at times, very noisy. In addition the houses opposite have dogs which seemed to bark quite a lot, even during the night. We managed to dull the noise by keeping the windows shut which wasn’t ideal as the weather was so hot. Saxmundham is a great place to stay as it is very central for lots of places to visit.

About the property

A lovely end terrace property, set in the vibrant village of Saxmundham.

This contemporary and cosy accommodation is laced with character features, and makes a fantastic place for families to enjoy.

Walking inside, a cloakroom sits to the right and ahead of this, lies a well-equipped kitchen wrapped with bold furnishings; creating a lively atmosphere.

Up two steps, you will arrive at a neat dining space, neighboured by comfy seating and French doors which open out to the delightful patio area.

A couple more steps guide you to a peaceful sitting room with complimentary floral décor, tied together by views of the garden.

Take the stairs, and two single bedrooms breathe elegance to the formation, completed by wardrobes and a bedside table for a well-rounded effect.

A master bedroom is beautifully knitted with vibrant colours and adjoined to a well-styled en-suite.

A family bathroom mirrors the presentation of the previous, and is fully furnished for your convenience.

To the outside, a patio area makes a wonderful setting to socialise, and a bench rests amongst the excellent greenery.

Why not wander out into the delights of Saxmundham, situated near to the coast, with art galleries, independent shops and a weekly market.

With Ipswich an easy drive south, and Norwich laying north, there’s so much to see.

All in all, this is an attractive property in a well cared for location.

Also close by is the inland market town Framlingham with beautiful historic architecture, a castle and an array of independent shops.
