  • "River view is an amazing flat with a nice view of the River Thames."

And the location is perfect if you want to visit Kingston and the surrounding areas. It is in walking distance to explore everything in Kingston and an easy bus or train ride if wanting to go into London or Richmond or anywhere. Communication with Sykes was easy and they were helpful with any questions before we arrived. I highly recommend staying at this flat in Kingston and working with Sykes cottages.

  • "Absolutely first class !"

!! We have given River View the maximum rating possible, as we couldn’t fault it. It has everything needed for a stay: absolutely spotless, extremely comfortable, perfect location with amazing views by the river (including balcony) and with easy access (within only a couple of minutes) to all the local restaurants, bars, shops, transport links (direct in to London), sports facilities (plus gym included on site), etc. A quite place on a night with private car parking space and 24/7 on-site security. The owners were extremely helpful too. We will definitely be booking again – got to be the best place to stay in Kingston. Thank you for making our holiday perfect.

  • "A lovely quiet and comfortable flat which is extremely well situated both for the station (and quick direct trains into London) and for river walks, shops, restaurants, the theatre and cinemas in Kingston."

It really offers the best of both worlds: plenty to see and do nearby and a quiet place to retreat to and relax after a busy day. Very friendly and helpful communication with the owner. Very highly recommended!

  • "River-View Kingston is by far the loveliest place we have stayed during our many trips to London."

You won’t be disappointed! Surrounded by restaurants, shops, and the history associated with Hampton Court and the River Thames, this apartment is everything you could want for a relaxing stay just outside one of the world’s greatest cities. The train station is about a 10-minute walk, and buses are slightly closer. Brian is a perfect host—always helpful and prompt. Honestly, we hated leaving! When you book here, make sure you keep at least one day open to enjoy Kingston rather than spending all your time in London. It’s worth it! Cheers!

I really appreciated you both messaging me to make sure I was comfortable at your place and to let me know that I could get in touch with you if i needed anything. Thank you once again for your hospitality and kindness and thank you to Sykes for handling the booking efficiently. I would highly recommend your place to anyone wishing to stay in and around London/Kingston. I look forward to booking with you in the future when I am there. Saud.

  • "We very much enjoyed our stay at River View (four weeks in January)."

The property is modern, clean, quiet, super comfortable and very well appointed. The generous allocated garage parking was a great plus, and the location was near perfect - on the river with some of the best views in Kingston and yet only a few steps away from the upmarket restaurants, shopping and the historic market square. The owner has been very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. All in all, highly recommended.
