The property

Tucked away in the quaint village of Elmer in West Sussex, is this superb three-bedroom dormer bungalow, 5 Sea Way.

Boasting a fully enclosed garden which offers private and direct access to the sandy beach as well as easy access to the South Downs National Park, 5 Sea Way makes for a fantastic coastal getaway for a group of friends or a family of six.

Be welcomed into the spacious living/dining room, where you can look forward to long, lazy dinners over a bottle of wine around the dining table for eight, followed by curling up on the plush sofa with your loved ones and enjoying a movie marathon, courtesy of the TV.

Grab your chefs’ hat and come into your own in the well-equipped kitchen, where you can utilise the electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave to create culinary delights for your party.

Why not dine alfresco out on the private patio, where you can fire up the barbecue and savour the sunshine.
