The property

A welcoming first-floor apartment within the bustling East Sussex coastal town of Bexhill-on-Sea.

Begin your journey of On the Park through the front door, down the hall into the sleek kitchen, which shows off a stylish double oven and built-in microwave above, with ample cupboard storage.

Back through the property and where you will get yourself ready for a day of coastal exploring, you come to the bathroom, containing a fantastic raindrop shower to immerse yourself under, then you can grab a warm heated towel from the rail to wrap yourself in, giving that added comfort.

On the Park boasts two large bedrooms, the master containing a double bed and the second being a twin with a small balcony, both offering high ceilings and classic décor; the greys and blues reminiscent of the ocean, which isn’t far away.

With views looking out onto the park below, you can relax in the sitting and dining area and maybe play a board game with friends once you’ve had your evening meal.

If cooking is not going to be on your agenda, this property is amazingly located just a few minutes’ walk from a fantastic variety of restaurants and bars, meaning you don’t have to lift a finger.

On top of that, Bexhill-on-Sea beach can be found by continuing down the road, where you will find a sandy shingle beach with a long-stretching promenade to stroll along before going to grab an evening drink.

Referred to as a ‘creative hotspot’ the De La Warr Pavilion sits on Bexhill’s beachfront, and is free to enter and presents a lively programme of exhibitions by contemporary artists, live music and comedy, films and talks all year.

You can even visit the site of one of England’s most famous battles – the 1066 Battle of Hastings – by heading over to Battle a few miles away, where you can discover the story of the Norman Conquest and its importance in history’s timeline, and if you’re around in October catch the annual re-enactment with a live version of this historic event!

Whatever the time of year, On the Park will serve as the perfect apartment for you to do your sightseeing from, with its central location and lovely park views.

Sandwiched between Eastbourne and Hastings is the vibrant East Sussex coastal town of Bexhill-on-Sea, with its traditional, two-mile promenade with deck chairs and beach huts.

Bexhill-on-Sea is also home to the world-famous De La Warr Pavilion, which features excellent arts programmes throughout the year.

The maritime Cinque Port of Rye offers narrow cobbled streets filled with antique and independent shops and tea rooms, while boats pass along the river.
