In addition the property has flexible sleeping accommodation making it the perfect choice for families.
The first floor has two bedrooms, one being the master, and both have en-suites.
Up into the eaves, the sloping ceilings give the two twin bedrooms character and again both are en-suites.

Just a little bit more inland is where you will find Pett, a pretty Sussex village offering pubs serving food, shops, and a butcher’s.

About the location
Hastings 6.6 miles; Rye 7.8 miles.
Situated on the coast between Rye and Hastings, Pett Level is a small, seaside village set in a tranquil environment. It is ideal for walkers who may find themselves walking alongside a sea defence wall, built in the 1940’s, which Pett Level lies alongside. Pett Level offers delightful views of the sea, beach and cliffs and the Cliff End can be reached by foot. Just a little bit more inland is the pretty Sussex village of Pett and it is here where you can find a couple of pubs serving food, shops, a butcher’s and many events. A trip to Battle to explore the Abbey and hear how William the Conqueror changed English History is just one of the experiences that make Pett the ideal place for a family holiday! Further afield, explore Rye and wander through the cobbled streets and local market, or visit the Rye Harbour for some delicious seafood. For the coastal lovers, Hastings is just for you, exhibiting a funfair on the beach. Away from the coast and into the countryside and with a steam railway running through them, you will find Tenterden and Bodiam.
