For this time of year, we found that the duvet was barely warm enough, especially as the bedroom was noticeably cooler than the rest of the cottage. There was a "Polite Notice" saying that dogs should not be allowed upstairs, a point which we feel should have been included in the description. Our dog always sleeps in the same room with us. The "integrated" fridge was a little difficult to open and close as the cabinet in which it was located had deteriorated and the fridge door was scuffing on the adjacent fixed cupboard. This must have been apparent to the owners when they placed a bottle of milk in the fridge for our use so we did not feel the need to report it to them at the time.
