  • "We found the property to be not as clean as we would like."

The bedding requires renewing, with ink stains on the cover in one room. The cupboards, wardrobes were full of personal items which made storing our own things challenging, the kitchen was the worst area. In previous rentals all personal belongings are normally removed. We only received 1 set of keys, which was difficult as we were all working and coming and going at different times. The owner was kind enough to let us arrive early and provided the pin code for the sky box which we were grateful for. The sofa and beds were comfortable.

  • "Lovely home."

Very homely feel about it from the minute you walk in. So comfortable. Ideally would have liked a garden light for when the dogs went out so we could see where they were. Tiles on the wall in the conservatory by the door kept falling off. Had to buy rugs to stop dogs feet slipping on flooring but that’s ok. Will take them with us next time. Couldn’t put keys in lock box when we left. Difficult to shut. Would have liked a clock somewhere downstairs maybe. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Will look for prices again for next year.

Dear Pauline I am so pleased that you enjoyed your stay. Thanks for the suggestions we will look to implementing these Best wishes Tricia Property Owner

  • "There are several items that we were unhappy about, 1."

there were no sheets or duvet for the sofa bed left out in readiness, we had to hunt about until we found something we could use, no extra pillows. 2. there were only four dining room chairs and there were six of us. 3. the conservatory was unbearably hot during the day and it was uncomfortable to sit out there for dinner. maybe relocate into the house or some blinds? there are several other things that I felt would make this a better holiday home 1. the doors were very stiff and in one case we pulled the door knob off trying to get out of the room. 2.the sofa bed had been placed in one position and could not be opened from that position, we had to turn it around. 3.we found the door into the kitchen would have been better if hung so it opened into the living room, a number of times when in the kitchen and either getting something out of the fridge or oven the door bashed into us. 4. we felt there was too much equipment in the kitchen that wasn't useful taking up valuable space, but no iron, that would have been useful. 5. we also felt there was too much furniture in the two larger bedrooms again taking up valuable space. none of this spoilt our holiday the house was in a good postion, very near our relations who we had come to visit. It was bright and airy and very comfortable and clean.we would book it again. i leave it up to you whether you publish the feedback in part or all.

  • "The kitchen was well equipped, although some cleaning of the pots, oven, and pizza tray, had to be done when we arrived."

Lounge area needed dusting especially tables, TV, and window sill. We found the conservatory bright, warm, and comfortable. Although the table top needs securing down, due to tipping. The bedrooms had plenty of cupboard space, beds were comfortable. Bathroom and shower were appropriate for our needs. Shower waste water cover needed securing.

  • "Really pleasantly surprised at the level of equipment & leisure items in the property for us to use."

Parking outside seemed fine, easy to find & house was very quiet. Lots of cleaning products, so felt very Covid secure. Would use it again.

  • "The accommodation was not clean."

Even the dining table had a layer of dust on it. The accommodation was located in an urban sprawl and not suitable for a holiday rental.

The location, space and facilities were just superb for the price. Such a great destination for a family. Both adults and children loved it. The house was cleaned and had everything you need for a sea side break.
