  • "The King bed really needs a thicker, more comfortable mattress."

The ensuite shower hot water pressure was poor. The property needs portable towel rails as they don't dry in the ensuite, we used the back of the dining table chairs. A bigger mat at the door would be advisable, although we took our shoes off at the door they were bringing in pine needles.

  • "Had a lovely, relaxing stay in the Chalet."

The setting is beautiful, and within easy reach of Dornoch for supplies! The Chalet was clean and comfy and contains everything you need for self catering. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the near future.

  • "We had a lovely stay in Chalet C and would happily return for another holiday there."

The description doesn’t mention that there is a good size ensuite in the double bedroom, plus a separate bathroom. The lounge/diner/kitchen is spacious. The dining table would easily seat 6 people. I am an ambulatory wheelchair user with a 17” manual chair and was delighted to be able to move around the whole chalet with ease. You may find a small threshold ramp useful to aid entry via the double patio doors. Our dog was immediately relaxed there, and there are so many walks in all directions. Thank you to Lauren and Gary for sharing your lovely space

  • "Other than a second fridge/freezer there is nothing that was missing, perhaps a couple of hooks in the bathroom for drying of towels?"
