  • "Excellent break, fantastic management services."

  • "I was initially disappointed to receive a text the evening before with a change of check in time."

5pm is really late to check in and the notice given was not long enough. Also the men who checked the hot tubs daily, would have been nice if they had not just walked straight in without warning. Also started draining hot tub before 9am even though check out was 10am and we were in the midst of packing. Other than that we loved our stay here. Lodges are fab, nice quiet safe area and the hot tubs are a nice touch.

  • "Lovely setting, quiet and peaceful site, just what was needed after the last 14 months."

Has an issue with the hot tub, but the cabin was airy and clean. Would benefit from some outdoor shade, sadly no umbrella for the decking area. The management were responsive to any issues and dealt with them as soon as they could.

Walked into the Lodge and it was just perfect especially in these current times. Perfect location and just so peaceful. Manager Alison was so helpful and approachable. We will definitely be returning.

  • "Great Lodge, even with the current pandemic situation."

Plenty of space within the park. Lodge was clean and not cluttered with stuff that wasn't necessary. Probably could do with more info on how it is cleaned in current covid situation, but that's a minor issue, overall a great lodge in a great area.

Alison site manager was very friendly and came to see if we needed anything. Accommodation very clean and smelt very clean and of scented cleaning products. Kids enjoyed going in the hot tub, playing on the swings and petting the site managers dog Zeus.

Everything met or exceeded expectations. The owners were very accommodating when they briefly turned up to make sure everything was alright when we 1st arrived. Having and poor reception and no WI-FI was a minor issue but I suppose I did book the lodge to get away from it all for a few days! Overall a very enjoyable experience.
