  • "Was advertised with a washer dryer but it had a sign on saying not in use."

    Also was very upset at the cleaner sat directly outside the property in her car watching us from 10am with the car door open waiting for us to leave! We had to vacate for 10.30am. This did spoil the end of our holiday.

Two sought-after off-road parking spaces will greet you on arrival, before making your way up the steps to the front of the rear decking where you can unwind on the sitting in the peaceful surroundings.

Be enveloped into an open-plan living space that boasts tasteful décor with orange accents; relax with your loved one on the plush sofas in front of the electric fire as you watch your favourite Netflix show on the Smart TV.

Progress through the space to the well-equipped kitchen where you can fix up tasty meals with its integrated appliances.

When dinner is served, enjoy a romantic meal for two at the dining table, or invite guests for a social gathering with the table seating up to four guests.

As the day comes to an end, venture to the back of the lodge to find an inviting master bedroom that is accompanied by an en-suite shower room; enjoy a well-deserved rest on the king-size bed after a day of outdoor activities.

Those looking for a bit of adventure will benefit from venturing to the Yorkshire Dales National Park where you can explore the enchanting Long Churns and Great Douk caves, cycling the famed Swale Trail and end the day partaking in the unique activity of Geocaching.

For a cultural outing, visit the town of Richmond and explore its glorious castle, view its magnificent waterfalls dotted along the River Swale and visit the historical landmark of Culloden Tower.

The village and civil parish of Hipswell makes up the northern part of Catterick Garrison, Richmondshire. The village was mentioned in the Domesday Book, 1086, as being in the hundred of "Land of Count Alan" and retains parts of its history with its handful of quaint churches. Visitors can enjoy playing a game of putty at Catterick Golf Limited and stretching their legs on the village's vast playing fields. Hipswell is served by multiple amenities, including: schools, supermarkets, convenience stores and eateries, meaning visitors won't have to travel far for the things they need during their stay. The village also boasts ample access to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, being in Swaledale itself, with the 268 miles-long Pennine Way trail to walk, the glorious limestone formation of Malham Cove to explore and the striking ruins of Bolton Priory to marvel at.
