This is an ideal property for one or two people. It is comfortable, clean, very well equiped and the hosts are very welcoming, friendly and willing go the extra mile to make your stay enjoyable. It is a beautiful location with a garden which was secure for our dog plus there was a huge variety of birds and wild life visiting daily. It was lovely to sit out in the morning, afternoon or evening with a glass of our choice or a cuppa. Teesdale as an area is great for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of the modern world but be prepared to have only intermittent phone reception and limited Wi-Fi. It has hidden gems of pubs that do great real ales and ciders not to mention fabulous food at the end of splendid walks, a great reward.
