  • "Lovely cottage."

Well equipped and nicely decorated. Clean with comfortable beds. I agree the back garden is a little uninspiring but for a holiday let, I get it. On road parking was a bit stressful, first come first served but for the type of property, that's to be expected. Would recommend and would stay again. Thank you.

  • "The only downside was the parking although I did manage to park outside the property many drivers might not be able to manovre their car into the space."

  • "The house was very comfortable, clean and modern inside."

The only problem was the difficulty opening the back door onto the enclosed back garden. We notified the owner and he attended as soon as he was available, but it did detract from our stay. The TV reception is poor but iplayer works well. The house is situated in a quiet road adjacent to a very busy traffic area.

  • "Lovely cottage, having (fairly) recently had a quality refurbishment throughout."

Every facility needed was there. Some noise from street traffic - not bad though. Bus stops one minute walk away with regular service into Haworth and beyond. (Haworth is just a 15 minute walk away, but its uphill returning!) Always found a nearby parking space. Neighbours helpful and friendly. Short drives to many attractions - don’t miss Saltaire, Keighley Cliffe museum, Worth Valley Railway plus Ingrow rail museums. One issue - big TV, with Apps, BUT ‘normal’ Freeview TV hardly watchable. Picture breaking up from poor signal. A criticism … phoned owner who said they would phone back to advise. They never did. I guess they’ll sort aerial soon.

A fire in the sitting area would be nice on chilly evenings.

  • "A lovely, comfortable and well-equipped modernised cottage."

Every need catered for. A short walk to Haworth and lots of beautiful scenery and other places to visit nearby. We had expected something a little more rural but, being close to a main road, it was a little busier and noisier than we had expected - but we still enjoyed a lovely week and would recommend.

  • "The cottage was very comfortable - suited us well and was ideally placed for exploring the area."

Just a couple of things: the internet security configuration does need to be updated to WPA2(AES) minimum. Plus a couple of shrubs would really cheer up the backyard. We had a great holiday.

  • "Lovely relaxing stay."

Really handy for the bus to get to hebden bridge., haworth, skipton and Halifax. And many moor . . Everything was perfect in the cottage. Just 2 things. A little greenery outside , even if it was two artificial bushes either side of the door.. And a wooden spoon for stiring in the lovely saucepans. Wine went down rather well too. Thank you

  • "The washing machine in the cellar was of no use to us as oaps can't cope with the stairs."

The garden was sterile, with no plants. Otherwise, well maintained, spotless and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the Prosecco, a very nice touch indeed. Regards michael and Linda

  • "This cottage is beautifully renovated and decorated."

The most has been made of the space available and the kitchen is spacious, well designed and well equipped. In fact, all the rooms had everything needed for comfort and convenience and the owners have thought of everything. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was very easy to use, too, such as the heating, oven, etc. The shower was fabulous. The house was also spotlessly clean. I contacted the owner because there was a small issue with the washing machine and he responded immediately and came round to sort it out within 10 mins. The owners also made us feel very welcome by leaving milk and a bottle of wine, which was very thoughtful. There is also alot of interesting cultural things to do around this area and beautiful walks, so the cottage is well situated.

  • "This little cottage has been renovated to a high level."

It is also placed nicely to easily get into beautiful Haworth centre either walking or by the regular bus service. We were so impressed with the owners taste in furnishings and colours throughout. The open plan downstairs was perfect with a beautiful kitchen area which had everything we needed. The flowers and Prosecco added another big smile to our faces. Thank you
