"We had a lovely 2-night stay at Piccadilly View."
The location was perfect and meant we could walk everywhere (the local shops/pubs, the Parsonage and longer walks over the moors). Michael welcomed us when we arrived and helped with our luggage. The welcome pack was very generous and much appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the views were excellent both of the surrounding countryside and the main street. We would highly recommend it.

"We have just had a fabulous introduction to Yorkshire with an extremely comfortable stay at Piccadilly View and its beautiful decor."
The owner personally met us on arrival and was on hand for any queries during our stay. We really appreciated the treats and fresh milk and eggs that were left for us. Howarth has such a chocolate box feel to it, so pretty, full of character and history, great shopping and things to see and do, including the Bronte Museum and gorgeous cafe below with in house pottery decorating, which our girls just loved. This is the perfect location for exploring the wider area and gorgeous countryside. We were blown away by the friendliness of everyone we met everywhere and can't wait to return again.

"Absolutely amazing."
Michael the host was very lovely. He waited for us to arrive even though it was 9.30pm! He showed us around the property and had left us some very nice treats which was a lovely surprise. Nothing was too much trouble and only had to ask if there was anything we needed. Piccalilly view is a very lovely and comfortable property situated on a gorgeous stunning road full of wonderful eateries and very interesting shops! The steam railway is only at the bottom of the hill which is lovely to see the train come in. We only stayed for 2 nights but would love yo come back for a longer stay. Thank you Michael and Jill. The Lamberts xx

"We had a fantastic stay at the apartment."
Well equipped clean apartment with comfortable beds. The apartment is very quirky & we loved it. Michael the owner text to say he would be away but Angel from the shop & I think it was Ben from the cafe were extremely helpful showing us around & making sure we had everything. The oaty biscuits from the downstairs cafe left as part of the welcome pack were yummy. It was very relaxing in an evening sitting & watching the world go by . The apartment is in a great position on the high street and there are plenty of places to eat if you do not want to cook. Thanks for a great stay.

"We had a wonderful break, Michael and Jill couldn't have been more helpful."
We loved the apartment it was in a great position right in the middle of the village. Even though the weather wasn't brilliant we still had a lovely time , lots of games and books which was a nice thing. We hope to go back sometime before too long. Mavis and David Yates

"This centrally located rental is a lovely place to stay in the charming heart of Haworth."
We visited Haworth as part of a yoga and literature tour from Canada; our guide had booked the rental and we were pleasantly surprised by this cozy spot. First, it was in an absolutely fabulous location right on the very quaint Main Street, right across from a famous pub and surrounded by many charming shops. The location just can’t be beat. The space itself was also welcoming and comfortable, even if it took a bit of maneuvering to bring in large suitcases! Our host Michael was kind and extremely responsive. He greeted us with a warm welcome (thank you for the Prosecco and cookies!) and he was helpful when we had any questions or when any issues came up. It’s clear he wanted his guests to be happy. The lively cafe next door, run by the same owners, also deserves a mention. It was warm, welcoming, colourful, and community minded, and it served us delicious food on multiple occasions (I also highly recommend the orange hot chocolate - it was fabulous!). The excellent cafe staff deserve a special shout out as well. They were extremely helpful when we would leave our shared key at the register when we’d go out separately, and when issues arose with our transportation after checkout, they took care of us when we found ourselves stuck. We were able to park ourselves on their patio and they even helped us find alternate arrangements. At one point, five staff members were on their phones trying to help arrange for last minute rides for our group out of town! The staff went above and beyond and we’ll always remember their care and concern. All in all, this was a wonderful stay in a town that was a highlight of the trip. The only reason for the slightly lower ratings under cleanliness and facilities / maintenance is because some in the group felt the carpets could be cleaner, and the shower upstairs had trouble draining (when we let Michael know about the latter, he replied right away and said it was an ongoing issue). Overall, this was a great stay and we’d definitely stay again! Highly recommend for a visit to Haworth.

"Lovely place to stay!"
Piccadilly View is a beautiful apartment situated on main street in the town, it is furnished to a good standard with everything you’ll need for your stay. Comfy beds and even some little home made treats and Prosecco which was very thoughtful. Michael was a great host, meeting on arrival and making sure we had everything we needed. The town itself is lovely with lots of independent shops and bars and friendly locals. Would definitely recommend and we hope to return in the future. My only note would be that if you had mobility issues there are a lot of stairs in the apartment, for us this wasn’t an issue but wanted to highlight to future guests.
Thank you Allie. Yes, stairs could be issue for those with mobility issues. Best wishes Michael Property Owner

"A wonderful apartment located on Main Street, ideal for exploring the local area, the railway, the history and of course all things Brontë."
The apartment is excellent and well appointed. As a family of 5 it more than catered for our needs. Whilst we live in Germany, it is on the list of places to return to.

"Piccadilly View is in a fabulous location, right in the centre of Hawarth."
The fact that it has private parking is a real bonus too. The main room is very sociable and with a great view of the street. The owners are attentive (though not too much!) and responsive. We were made to feel very welcome. Would recommend very highly.

"Four of us came for a short break away."
I had recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and needed a change of scenery. The location is great, and Michael was very helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and it very much helped me to relax there. The apartment is very modern and comfortable, like a home from home. If you have mobility issues this is not a suitable place to stay, due to all the stairs. This is mentioned by the owner in their information on the websites. If you are relatively mobile and reasonably active this place is an ideal spot to stay in Haworth. Thank you Michael for our lovely respite break that we had.

"We had an excellent Christmas holiday for six adults."
The owners could not have been any more helpful. Contact them before setting out and they will arrange to meet you on arrival to explain access, unloading and parking. They answered all our random questions, going above and beyond expectations. It is a lovely apartment, warm throughout and more spacious than it looks on the photos. Brilliant holiday!

"The property was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed, the location was perfect, getting in and out was a bit of a problem with one of our party but we where told if this before we arrived."
Owners where very attentive

"I hosted a 3 night art retreat mini break at Piccadilly View for 4 guests in December and it was perfect."
The look on my guest’s faces when they walked in and saw the beautiful lounge overlooking Main Street was wonderful! They were all very happy with their bedrooms and bathroom facilities and it was clean and tidy and details were well thought about. A lovely big dining table was very useful for our large group. It was the perfect location in Haworth being halfway up Main Street- all of the best coffee shops and shops just a stones throw away! A mini break to remember, thank you x

"This is a great location and very comfortable."
We had a a 2 night stay and it was very welcoming from Michael and his team with some lovely treats to start off our stay.

"The property was a great location in the heart of the town and they sorted out a last minute booking within a few hours before our arrival."
Great location and friendly owners. Would come again

"The property was uncomfortably warm, even on cooler days."
I suspect this was as much due to activity in the underneath cafe as the warm weather. With the obvious temperature gradient between the cool stone walled ground floor, through the 2 cottage floors above, some form of roof ventilation might help. The en suite bathroom could use an extractor fan too, since the humidity from that didn't help with the heat during our September stay. The property was clean and fairly comfortably furnished, with good facilities. The kitchen/living area served the 4 of us well, though I can imagine it being cramped with more people or for protracted use. Access and egress was a little challenging, due to all the steps & slopes involved, but no real issue for the able bodied - it's an inevitable trade off for the property's age and absolutely prime location mid way up the sloping main street, with pubs and shops literally on the door step. Michael was extremely welcoming, taking the time to guide us to and around property on arrival, as well as providing some essential food supplies in advance. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Thank you Ian for your detailed feedback. We have in fact implemented many of your suggestions. It was unfortunate that there was such a surprise heat wave when you were stayed. Additionally we think that the central heating we on and wrongly timed. The business downstairs is a female clothes shop not a cafe. With best wishes, Michael Property Owner

"Had a really enjoyable stay."
The flat was very comfortable with some beautiful features, I really loved the windows and amazing views out of them. The old cobbled path was also really cool. The place also feels very homely. It was great to be so much in the centre of things, with so many places to eat close by and the cafe Cobnles and Clay doing awesome breakfasts The owners were very helpful with advice on places to eat and information about local area.
Thank you very much Helen for going to the trouble of providing this detailed and positive feedback. We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay in Haworth. Best wishes, Michael Property Owner

About the location
HAWORTH
Skipton 13 miles; Hebden Bridge 8 miles.
The small village of Haworth was home to the famous Bronte sisters, who were inspired by the surrounding moorland to pen their novels, which have become classics of English Literature. Haworth is a village that time almost forgot, with its myriad of curiosity and antique shops, alleyways and cobbled streets creating a wonderful period atmosphere, all set against a framing backdrop of countryside famously described in the novel Wuthering Heights as wild, rugged and barren. Nearby, the famous Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, provides a lovely day out with a regular service to the old village of Oxenhope. The area abounds with popular places to visit, including the Bronte Parsonage Museum, East Riddlesden Hall, and the National Railway Museum in York. The market town of Skipton, often fondly regarded as the Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, is just a short drive away, and also within reach are elegant Harrogate and vibrant Leeds and Manchester.
