Up dale are Kettlewell and Buckden, with spectacular limestone scenery. Linton Falls is a great base for exploring the local area with the market town of Skipton and its medieval castle a short drive away, and many other historic places including Bronte Country, Castle Howard, the elegant spa town of Harrogate, racing at Ripon and the majestic medieval city of York within easy motoring distance. Nearby Grassington is one of the most charming villages in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
