“Shower wasn't good - it was either cold, lukewarm or very hot.”

Tv positioning could be better - only one person can watch it comfortably.

Tv positioning could be better - only one person can watch it comfortably. Owner was wonderful and helpful.

Upon checking the shower after departure, I can confirm that there was absolutely no problem with it. As the television is attached to the wall it is not possible to move it to an alternative position however, the furniture could certainly be moved to provide a better view of the TV if required. - Sykes owner relations

About the location

Skipton 21 miles; York 21 miles.

The attractive spa town of Harrogate is famous for its acres of immaculate gardens, open spaces, elegant architecture and broad tree-lined boulevards. Once one of the most fashionable spas in Europe, the town continues to draw visitors from far and wide to its excellent shopping and restaurants and renowned conference centre. The countryside around Harrogate is outstandingly beautiful with Nidderdale and the Yorkshire Dales to the west and the North York Moors to the east. Close by there are many major attractions including Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal Water Garden (National Trust) and the historic houses of Norton Conyers and Newby Hall & Gardens. However many visitors will be more than happy to enjoy a day in the town itself - walking in the Valley Gardens followed by afternoon tea at Bettys, the town's world-famous tea rooms.
