Stairs lead down to a second sitting room, making a good space to relax or even for some quiet time away from the kids.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one adult bunks room, both furnished to a good standard.

There is a door from the lower ground sitting room leading to the rear large enclosed lawned garden; a wonderful place for the kids to let off some steam and the patio makes a great place for some alfresco dining or even just to relax with a glass of something chilled.

The River Nidd winds its way through the old town and there is an excellent park and fabulous cricket ground on the banks of the river, with the Nidd Valley offering excellent opportunities for walking, cycling and birdwatching.
