  • "We had the absolute pleasure of living at woodlands for a month after our newbuild home was delayed, and could not have been happier."

The owners John and Jen were so welcoming and despite living next door, were never once invasive. The apartment is set In one of the most picturesque locations, nestled between fields of green and beautiful countryside. It had everything you could imagine and never once did our family of 4 feel that anything was missing or needed. Thank you so much for taking all of the stress away of our new house by allowing us the opportunity to stay in your beautiful holiday apartment. Highly recommended to everyone :)

Thank you so much for your gracious feedback hope all is well in your new home Property Owner

  • "We were charged because of stains on the carpets that could not have been us."

We took our shoes off at the door every time we entered the property because we are respectful. They obviously felt like the carpet needed cleaned and picked a a group to charge, we were the unlucky ones. Lesson learned, we will be taking photos of every slight imperfection in every property we enter.

Good afternoon Thanks for your response if you look at all previous guest comments they all say how spotless the apartment is . We are fastidious in our cleaning regime and have never charged for carpet cleaning before. There were stains on the carpet that were not there prior to your visit hence why we have charged to have the carpet cleaned. Property Owner

Fab kids play area in the village and we visited a couple of nice local pubs. Just a short drive to Skipton which was a nice day out visiting the castle.

The flat is very well equipped and shared access to the grounds and playing equipment was a huge bonus. What really makes this property though, is it’s owners and family. Many other reviews refer to how attentive and helpful John and Jennifer are. It is clear their altruism and kindness runs deep in the family, as we had Uncle Chris looking after us who could could not have been a more attentive host. 10/10 and will be booking again!
