Travel to Conwy by road
If you’re driving from the North or South, the M6 is a good option for travelling to Conwy on the North Coast of Wales. You can then access the North Wales Expressway (i.e. the A55) via the M56 and M53. Or if you’re looking for a more leisurely drive, there are plenty of A roads through Wales.

Travel to Conwy by plane
If travelling by plane is more appealing to you, there are two major airports near North Wales. Liverpool John Lennon Airport and Manchester Airport can be reached by several UK destinations, including Belfast, London and Newquay. Manchester Airport offers convenient public transport links to Conwy. There is also an airport even closer to Llandudno which is Anglesey Airport, although flights only run twice daily from Cardiff and Norwich.
