Travel to Conwy by road

If you’re driving from the North or South, the M6 is a good option for travelling to Conwy on the North Coast of Wales. You can then access the North Wales Expressway (i.e. the A55) via the M56 and M53. Or if you’re looking for a more leisurely drive, there are plenty of A roads through Wales.

Whichever route you decide to take, we recommend using the AA Route Planner to plan your journey to Conwy.
