How to get to Trellech

Travel to Trellech by road

Those driving to Trellech from the South East or London, take the M4 to Bristol then cross the M48 Severn Bridge. Once in Wales, take the A446 Northbound through the stunning Wye Valley until you see the turnoff for Trellech. Those travelling from the Midlands or the North, take the M50/A40 then take the A466 Southbound at Monmouth.

The nearest railway station to Trellech is Chepstow, a 20-minute drive away. Trains arrive here directly from Birmingham whilst trains from London will involve a change at Newport.

You can fly to Trellech via Cardiff Airport, Wales’ only international airport. Planes arrive at Cardiff from various UK and Ireland locations including Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh and Newcastle. Trellech is an hour drive from Cardiff Airport.
