Porth Trwyn

This tranquil beach just north of Holyhead boasts stretches of both sand and pebbles, and offers excellent rock-pooling conditions for the more inquisitive.

Around a mile away from the nearest village, Llanfaethlu, this is an excellent spot for those looking to escape from the hustle and bustle of the more popular Anglesey beaches.
