Just show me Lanivet Cottages

Relax in the heart of Cornwall in one of our Lanivet holiday cottages, located in and around this small village settlement, just a short drive from Bodmin. They make a perfect touring base for coastal and countryside jaunts, as well as daytrips to some of the region's top attractions.

Delightful trails near our Lanivet holiday lets

Expect wonderful walks and cycle rides on various way-marked routes. Stride out on the Saints Way, a 27-mile path linking Padstow and Fowey - plan a few miles each day for family-friendly chunks. Try the Wilderness Trail on Breney Common Nature Reserve for unusual wildlife, or the Goss Moor Nature Trail (multi use) for wetland, heathland and scrub. The ever-popular Camel Trail is also close to our Lanivet holiday homes, tracking the River Camel along an old railway line between Padstow, Wadebridge and Bodmin. Also the Clay Trails near St. Austell and, of course, the south west coastal path. Or stay closer to home on the untamed landscapes of Bodmin Moor, where you can climb up Rough Tor or Brown Willy to soak up views and wear out the kids!

For sightseeing, take your pick from the global gardens of the Eden Project to the Lost Gardens of Heligan with their Victorian flowerbeds and subtropical jungle. Or from the squalid cells of Bodmin Jail to the fascinating 'upstairs and downstairs' settings of Lanhydrock House. Or from trips aboard the Bodmin & Wenford Steam Railway to tours and tastings at the Camel Valley Vineyard.

Look forward to relaxing evenings in your Lanivet cottage or slip down to the village inn for fun and laughter with the locals!
