I love my forest holidays love walking all day and coming back to the hot tub I like the fact you are just left to your own devices but staff are there if needed checkin and checkout is now even easier with not having to give card details lovely locations and lovely cabins

Especially loved the hot tub! Was very private and not overlooked. The staff were friendly and helpful and tended to some minor issues we had in our cabin. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!

Not as peaceful as expected due to proximity to RAF bases. Entertainment 'upgrade' waste of money as so few movies and all old ones - and chrome cast did not work.

Thorpe Forest is a stunning spot deep in the countryside beside the River Thet. There's unspoilt wildlife havens and the epic Norfolk coastline is not too far away. The tranquil forest is home to red deer who often gather on the hilltops, or just before dusk, catch barn owls glide silently across the sky. Head for Banham Zoo, just a 20-minute drive from Thorpe Forest, with over 2000 animals and enough exciting activities for a full day out. Start your outdoor adventures at High Lodge Visitor Centre in Thetford Forest, where you can also find the original Go Ape, for some treetop thrills. The Nutshell pub in nearby Bury St Edmunds claims the title of Britain’s smallest pub. It’s tiny, with a quirky interior and well-kept beers.
