  • "Really enjoyed the piece and quiet, cabins are great"

  • "Beautiful location."

Our cabin was spotlessly clean, modern, excellent facilities including log burner and hot tub (as standard). All staff are really friendly and can't do enough for you. Just returned from a 5 day break-feeling fully charged and ready to go!

KELDY FOREST

Keldy Forest is idyllic woodland and sunlit glades. Coast, countryside and moorland are nearby, giving an authentic Yorkshire feel. Hike along the famous Cinder Track, cycle the 'lost' Bransdale Loop or explore the surrounding forest, where the hooting of the nocturnal tawny owl fills the air. Pickering is the closest town to Keldy and along with Ryedale's other towns of Helmsley, Kirkbymoorside, Malton and Norton, it has independent shops, art galleries, excellent restaurants, and a host of festivals and special events. Pickering is also at the end of the North Yorkshire Moors Railway line. Catch the steam train to Goathland, where you can step off at Hogsmeade Station from Harry Potter and walk through Aidensfield from TV’s Heartbeat.
