"We had never stayed at a forest holiday park before and were amazed at how helpful the staff were and how beautiful the lodge and site was."
On arrival we were kindly greeted from our car and asked how our journey has been. We were directed to the check in desk and the stay were once again welcoming and gave us clear instructions about our stay. The lodge was beautiful, clean and peaceful. Even on the first day we spoke about wanting to book our next break with Forest Holidays. We had a problem with our shower and used the TV to let the site know and this was fixed almost immediately. Our stay was relaxing and the hot tub was perfectly maintained. My mum had to leave the day before our check out date and got stuck when reversing in one of the verges. Buzz, Penny and Tony? Saved the day and were nothing less than amazing. They came and towed my mum out when she was panicking. They really did go above and beyond. Thank you!
