Penzance is also just a couple of
miles away - here you'll find lots to see and do, including
walks along the promenade and around the busy harbour, shopping,
restaurants and museums etc.
Another lovely place is Trengwainton, also National Trust and
known for its glorious gardens and breathtaking vistas of Mounts
Bay, not to mention its tearooms for scrumptious Cornish
goodies!

regular sailings from Penzance Quay? The wonderful coastal trip
takes you past Newlyn (famous for its fish market), the gorgeous
little fishing village of Mousehole, the Minack Theatre and
Wolf Rock Lighthouse before whisking you across to the islands. You
may even glimpse dolphins along the way!
Another great excursion is a drive to St. Ives, a picturesque harbour town
oozing charm and featuring a labyrinth of cobbled streets laden
with stylish galleries and top-class restaurants - The Tate and
Hepworth Museum being just two of the highlights. You'll also
find a selection of fabulous beaches like Porthmeor, Carbis Bay and
Porth Kidney Sands around St. Ives.
