Just show me Perranporth Cottages

Pack your bags and make for a Perranporth cottage - gateway to three miles of soft, golden sands. When it comes to beaches, Perranporth is one of Cornwall's finest backed by sandy dunes and towering cliffs - plus it's dog-friendly year round.

Life's a beach in a Perranporth cottage!

This is a fantastic place to bring the family. There are big waves for keen surfers (it's often the venue for National Championships), surf schools for beginners and surf shops to buy all the gear. The bucket and spade brigade can fill, tip and create for hours on end and, when the tide goes out, rock pools appear for budding beachcombers nets in hand. Add sailing, snorkelling, swimming, paddling - it's all here.

Away from the beach, other adventures include horse riding, walking, cycling, paragliding and golf, and you can pick up maps and information at the local tourist office. Or drive along the coast to Newquay or inland to the county town of Truro.

Perranporth village has a good selection of shops for everyday essentials like food and drinks to stock up your Perranporth cottage's fridge, as well as a range of toys, souvenirs and beach paraphernalia. You'll also find a wide variety of places to eat and drink from tasty pub grub and sandwich bars to stylish Italian and sensational seafood. On the event front, summertime fun includes duck races and carnivals while spring tends to focus on St. Piran, the Patron Saint of Cornwall.

So bring the family soon to one of our Perranporth cottages - a real find on Cornwall's best beach list!
