  • "Excellent large property, not far from local pub and shops and the hot tub was a nice addition."

  • "Had a lovely time."

The layout of the rooms suited us perfectly, we set up a craft room next to the main living room. Spotlessly clean. Appreciated the extra touch of the decorated Christmas tree. Hot tub, clean and relaxing. It appears the property is newly renovated, hooks on the backs of bathroom doors would be nice. The log fire in the living room added to the peaceful ambiance, though not to increase the temperature of the room. Maybe one of those fans on top to push the heat out into the room would help. Fabulous few days here. Would have no hesitation in booking again and we probably will.

  • "A lovely home that we really enjoyed."

Hot tub was great and the house is huge. Plenty of room for all of us and our 3 small dogs who we were kindly allowed to bring along after requesting prior to our visit. The TV in the kitchen area didn’t seem to work (stuck in start up mode) but this wasn’t an issue. The games room and Fireplace room were great. Especially the fireplace room where we chose to gather on the by evening to enjoy family games. Overall a fantastic break had by family and friends and would definitely book again. The Pattern arms pub a short walk away but do be careful if walking there as there are no side paths so you are having to walk along the road. Excellent food and reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit. Great local walks alongside the canals also. One of the best places we have been to. Thanks for such a great stay.

  • "Absolutely beautiful house, each bedroom was spacious and comfortable."

The kitchen, dining space and living room were all spot on. Good for a big group not just because the house is large but plenty of parking space and a nice large hot tub. Rachel was lovely and we appreciated her sorting out the hot tub every morning. Very easy to find as well. Had all the utensils and equipment we needed. Definitely one of the best places we stayed.
