• "We had a great stay at Waterbeach."

  Our only quibbles concerned the quality of the single beds and the comfort of the sofas and position of the tv in the living area. Otherwise a well equipped, clean, and well located property.

• "Wonderful property!"

  So well equipped and appointed. The welcome pack (and home made brownies) were appreciated so much. The location - a five minute stroll to the beautiful beach - was a bonus. Best holiday rental we have ever stayed in!

• "JUST PERFECT."

  We had a wonderful, relaxing time at The Waterbeach. Everything you could ask for and more. Just a five minute walk out the back gate to the promenade. Fabulous meals at The Beach Bar. Karen you thought of everything, truly a home from home. Welcome pack was great and the cake was delicious. Highly recommended. We will be back.

• "The Bungalow is beautiful, great location, well equipped and the welcome pack was a real treat."

  Karen rang a couple of days before with lots of useful information, the only downside is our week was over too quick and we had to come for home.

• "The cottage was beautiful and clean and everything in it you needed."

  The garden was great with a bbq and loungers in a shed for you to use. Location was great only a 5 minute walk and your on the beach. 5 min walk to the seacroft pub lovely food. The seal sanctuary in Mablethorpe is definitely worth a visit. Thank you for the lovely cake and welcome pack. Will definitely recommend and go back. Fantastic holiday.

• "The property was lovely, there was a welcome pack which was appreciated."

  The beach was very close, which my dog absolutely loved. Some nice walks available. The only downside for me as I dont drive there were no shops apart from a small supermarket by the caravan park. The walk to Mablethorpe was a tad too far, I did go there but got a taxi. However I would revisit. Linda

• "Lovely property, good location."

  Facilities excellent. Garden is dog friendly but not dog secure. The only serious criticism is the seating in the lounge both sofas are well worn and uncomfortable. Would use again, overall a pleasant experience.

  Hi Robert, thanks for the feedback, sorry you found the sofas uncomfortable and we hope that didn't make your stay any less enjoyable. I will also investigate adding some wire mesh to the wrought iron gates to make the garden even more secure for tiny/small dogs. We have now added meshing to the gates. • "A lovely cottage in a great location."

  It was spotlessly clean and we really appreciated all the little extras provided such as dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll and things like that as well as a lovely welcome pack. It’s also very dog friendly with dog towels and throws included too. We’d definitely go back.

• "Lovely bungalow in a great location for exploring the local area."

  Easy access to the beach, just through the rear gate. House warm and comfortable and super clean throughout. My only slight negatives for the house is the position of the TV in relation to the settees as this made it hard to watch in an evening and maybe blinds in the front bedrooms to enhance privacy? Overall a brilliant stay and would thoroughly recommend. Owner really friendly and welcoming and she even leaves you a home made lemon drizzle cake which was superb!! Thank you again

• "Top quality accommodation."

  Home from home. Very close to the beach. All mod cons to a very high standard. En Suite and bathroom with separate high quality showers. A delight to stay there. Will definitely return.

• "It’s a brand new property and it’s as gorgeous as the photos show."

  Very comfortable beds and a great heating system, essential as we had some snow! The back gate leads onto a path through the caravan park directly to the beach and the Prom so fabulous access. It’s absolutely stocked full of enough plates, glasses, dishes and cookware that you can really limit the dishwasher use and tablets/washing machine pods also provided. Amazing welcome package and a lovely phonecall from the very helpful owner, Karen, a few days before made for a great start to our break. Thank you Karen and family.

• "The owner Karen gives you a call before you go to give you arrival details and she is very friendly which is excellent."

  There is a lovely welcome pack for when you arrive. The bungalow is lovely, very clean, in quiet area, well maintained, great for taking pets with enclosed yard and dog toys, 5 minute walk to the beach, has both shower x2 and a full size bath is also a positive for us. For us this is the best property we have had the pleasure of staying in and would love to spot in again. Thank you Karen.

• "A very well maintained, homely property."

  Has everything you would need from utensils to blankets and treats for the dogs. Also a beautiful welcome tray. Everthing was thought of. The enclosed garden was excellent with patio doors enabling you to relax knowing the dogs were safe. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away too. Excellent we will return.

  The owner is very helpful and available if needed, giving us a courtesy call before the holiday. There was a lovely welcome pack, including home made coffee cake. The accommodation had everything needed for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend and return for another holiday.

• "We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely, well equipped bungalow."

  The enclosed garden was great for the dogs, and access through the back gate to the footpath through the caravan park to the beach was great and easy to walk to Sutton on Sea. A lovely welcome pack from Karen was gratefully received on our arrival and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend staying here for a great holiday.
