  • "Lovely property in a beautiful location."

Loads of space for our party of 14 to enjoy. Bedrooms really comfortable. Hosts really couldn't have been any more helpful. Right from the start of our booking nothing was too much. Would definitely stay again.

  • "Stunning property with lots to offer and loads of facilities for all ages that you need to feel at home."

There were some maintenance issues with the wine cooler burning out and tripping the electrics whilst we'd been out for the day. Owner offered timely fix sending an electrician, however, it did mean the hot tub became a cold tub at the time we were planning on using it and the fridge was no longer cold with our food and drinks in. There are a few other defects that might require some attention such as the top floor twin bedroom doesn't shut and the blinds in the back room double don't open sufficiently as the cords appear broken. The bbq was also very dirty on arrival. We cleaned it best we could to use it as we'd planned for a bbq but it wasn't a nice job. Overall the property is a great size for a larger group. Plenty of space but felt homely still. The street it is on is really pleasant and greats views to the sea from the top floor sky lights. Garden area is spacious and the children's play area was well used.

  • "This property is set in a stunning location."

We booked for our 50th golden wedding anniversary celebration. We were not disappointed. The house is beautiful and our family stay was enjoyed from start to finish. All the facilities offered added to the enjoyment, our grandchildren loved the play area, garden and the jacuzzi. We couldn't operate the karaoke so instructions would have helped. The kitchen equipment was quality and our family loved the novelty of no kettle, grandchildren loved the chilled water on tap. I would recommend a chopping board to protect the work tops. We would put this house on our families list to re-visit. We had a fabulous stay.

  • "Avoid at all cost."

I am absolutely gutted I booked this for my partner for his 30th paid over £1,500 and it was not what we expected at all! The women told me if was clean and ready for her to go as we asked for early check in the house didn’t even look like it had been cleaned. No disinfectant was left, no clothes, no tea towel, no dishwasher tables. The wine cooler didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t attached to the door so every time we had to get into the fridge it was trapping our fingers as the gap between that and the freezer was too small. The plug in the shower was full of hair the water didn’t drain so it flooded the bathroom and we had to use all the towel for that. The dryer didn’t work, it comes on but doesn’t get hot so nothing dried. I put my daughter in the jacuzzi bath and as soon as I turned in on the black was covered with hair and black mould. The bath in the main bathroom wouldn’t stay full as the plug were fitted properly and there was a leak in the bathroom. After I got in bed late and woke up in the morning I was aware I had been sleeping in a bed with someone else’s blood in it. This is absolutely disgusting and apparently these things happen. I expect bed sheets and bedding to be changed at a least. The blind didn’t work as they were remote ones and the curtains weren’t black out so the room stayed late which isn’t great with children. There were slugs in the downstairs toilet and a gas leak in the bbq room. My brother in law burnt his hand and she didn’t even ask if he was ok and just said “I wouldn’t know if there was a gas leak”. The tv’s didn’t work as they weren’t connected and we had to sort the electrics out as they kept tripping. When I made her aware of these issue she said her partner would be round who never showed up. She didn’t take any responsibility for these matters and has no customer service skills! I hope Sykes makes sure these will all be sorted before another family goes there and has the same problems we did. It isn’t fair.

  • "Very quiet location."

Superb clean house with 8 fantastic bedrooms. The beds were so comfy. The facilities were amazing, tv’s, ninja cooker, piano, karaoke machine, hot water machine, heated floor tiles etc. The jacuzzi was top of the range and much needed due to the bad weather. And there was a very good playground for the children. The owner was amazing. All you need for a fantastic stay.

  • "Wow, what an incredible stay we had!"

This house definitely lives up to the pictures. The location was perfect not to far from anywhere with a picturesque view to the sea. I was quite blown away with the amount facilities they have there, definitely enough to keep you satisfied. The host nick and Emma where great, they was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. If you are looking for anywhere in north wales to stay I would 100% recommend to anyone.
