  • "We have just returned from a really enjoyable weeks break at Apartment 32."

    The flat is just as described - very secure, quiet, and central to all the main tourist spots in Liverpool. We left our car parked safely for the week and we’re able to walk or bus to everywhere we wished to go. Arrangements for accessing flat were clear and actually much easier than the instructions made them sound. Appreciated being allowed to make alternative arrangements for returning the keys so that we could leave as early as we wished without having to wait for the keynest shop to open. Would highly recommend. Liverpool is a brilliant place to visit and Apartment 32 perfectly placed.

    The apartment was really clean and comfortable. Parking was so handy too, apart from the entrance and exit were a little tight for comfort. On the whole the stay was lovely, thank you.

    Restaurant very close by and bar with sports tv. Apartment was very modern and had everything we needed for a self catering break. Had a separate shower and also bath. Would definitely recommend. Ideal for all age groups.

    Jason the host was extremely efficient & kept in touch with information & documentation needed. Apartment was cosy, spotless & very cental to shops, bars, night clubs & restaurants. I would fully recommend Apartment 32 & Sykes to anyone looking to have some time out.

  • "Great apartment in an excellent spot for exploring this amazing city!"

    Secure and clean building. Apartment was clean, fresh and had everything our family needed. Lovely touch of a wee basket of essentials to keep you going until you get to a shop! Jason communicated well and was pleasant and understanding as this trip was initially planned in Oct 2020 but had to be changed due to lockdown! Key collection arrangements were also very easy, all in all we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a prime spot for their break to Liverpool! Thanks Sykes and Jason!

    The apartment was a fabulous base for sightseeing - most things were within walking distance. The accomodation was well kitted out appliance wise which made life much easier. Jason was great at communicating which made everything run smoothly. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend to others.

  • "The location is fantastic and the owner was so helpful."

    There was an issue with the ensuite bathroom that he e-mailed to warn us of before we arrived and when it got worse he arranged for it to be fixed the same day. And then checked a day or so later to make sure that all was good. We had a great week and would definitely consider returning to this flat.

  • "The apartment is in a great location and only a short walk from all the action."

    We had a week with our teenage kids who also loved it. The apartment was well equipped and lovely and clean. The location of the apartment means there is some noise at night & early into the morning but when the windows are closed you can’t hear any noise which is great. I would highly recommend this apartment. The owner was great and the pick up of the keys was easy. Lots of helpful info in the welcome guide. Also a lovely basket of goodies on arrival
