Decorated beautifully with lovely artworks. Great value for money. Location superb with access to great walks and beaches. We loved the beautiful luxury carpet upstairs, the comfy beds and relaxing chairs in the front bedrooms great for reading on wet weather days. Thank you

Thank you so much for this review Sharon. We work hard on cleaning as we appreciate how important it is so it’s great you noticed. West Wales is such a wonderful place to explore. If only we could organise the weather a little better! So glad you enjoyed your week here. Property Owner

The cottage was clean and tidy, everything worked, and it was very clear to us that Emma took pride in the property. The gifts of chocolate biscuits, wine and flowers were very kind. Top host, very good property, superb location, overall a winner!

Its in a quiet location in a lovely village. Great access to surrounding area from St Davids Head up to New Quay. The cottage had a generous and very much appreciated welcome pack. It is beautifully furnished, decorated and accessorised and has everything you need for a perfect week away. Wifi and phone signal good. Everything very comfy. Shower pressure good. Excellent pub a short walk down the road, or along the river. Off road parking a real bonus. Thank you so much. We had a lovely time. Highly recommended. We would definitely visit again.

  • "Exceptionally good property in a lovely village."

Comfortable and well equipped. Well stocked village shop a few yards away. Cardiff Arms across the road does food. There is food at the Mason’s Arms at the far end of the village on Friday and Saturday evenings. Fish and chip van in the village on Thursday evening. Castle is very close. Lovely riverside walks nearby. Beautiful walk through the woods to the Wildlife Centre (excellent café for lunch). We found that an hour was plenty of time in Cardigan. Excellent coastline within easy reach (Moylegrove, Mwnt, Penbryn, Llangranog). Good beach at Poppit Sands.

So pleased you had a lovely time. Goodness, you’ve visited everywhere and all the local beaches! It is such an interesting area. Property Owner

  • "Lovely little cottage and wonderful garden with an amazing view."

We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner in the garden on warm, sunny days. Comfy, cosy bedrooms. Very peaceful place. Great location for walks by the river, visits to nearby beaches and Cardigan. Best village shop I've ever been to just a few mins walk away.

So pleased you had a good break & enjoyed the area. Thank you for looking after our cottage so beautifully & nattering to our lovely neighbour. E&C. Property Owner

  • "The cottage is in a lovely location and had everything we needed."

We only used the double bedroom, but both singles, very thoughtfully, had armchairs facing the window so we could sit with an attractive view. There is a comfortable living room, with a smart TV and log burner. The kitchen is big enough for 4 people to eat in and well equipped. About 50 metres away is an excellent shop, and we found 2 really good pubs for meals within 15 minutes drive, both listed in the information provided at the cottage. Off road parking at the rear, but mostly ok to park at the front. Everything was great!

Thank you Bill. So happy you had a good week at Ty Cromlech. For such a rural area we are blessed with lovely places to visit and eateries to treat ourselves. Hope your journey home was kind. Please send the sun back! Regards Emma & Charlie Property Owner

  • "We enjoyed a lovely week at Ty Cromlech cottage."

The cottage was cosy, quiet and peaceful and a pleasure to spend time in. The village was wonderful to wander and we also explored Mwnt beach, Moylegrove area, Pentre Ifan and Carn Ingli and Cardigan. The rainy days allowed us time to rest and relax at the cottage and the hosts were quickly on hand if we had questions about the heating or the parking. We'd highly recommend a stay at Ty Cromlech. Thank you, Emma and Charlie - it was a pleasure to meet you!

Thank you Pat. It was our pleasure to host you both. So glad you enjoyed this magical area of West Wales & found our cottage to your liking. Hope the rest of your trip went well. It was lovely to meet you, natter and to hear of your exciting plans. Fingers crossed for later this year. E&C. Property Owner

  • "Lovely cosy house in a small friendly village, not too far from beautiful towns and beaches."

We enjoyed our stay, the owner Emma was very friendly and helpful. She had thought of lots of ways to make the house feel a home away from home. Prosecco was a nice touch on arrival, although we don’t drink alcohol so would have preferred coffee/tea instead but that’s down to personal preference! Fresh flowers were a lovely touch and wood provided for wood burner. Thanks again :)

  • "Well laid out and tastefully decorated home from home."

Lovely quiet rear garden with you very own castle (only yards away).Nice detailing from clearly caring owners, especially vases of garden flowers and fruit, and wine! Sykes current three ticks must be based on very strict and limited criteria because it undervalues the unique location and the overall satisfaction that we experienced during our stay. Ty Cromlech is great base, award winning village store and friendly village pub ,lovely Teifi Gorge river walk within short walking distance. Choice of amenities and supermarkets in nearby Cardigan,National Trust beaches,Cenarth Falls...something for all discerning visitors.
