• "I brought my disabled daughter with me on holiday the bungalow was easy to get her wheelchair around apart from the child gate separating the kitchen from the rest of the bungalow."

  The only downside was that I couldn't find a plastic stool to put in the shower so she could shower herself.

• "Wonderful stay."

  Very well equipped property with attention to detail. Dog friendly too with dog bed, blanket and treats provided. We used to live in the village and all friends that came to see us in Fountain Folly were very impressed with the place.

• "Lovely cottage."

  Quiet location. Great beach not far. Garden centre 5mins drive with cafe. The cottage had everything you could think of, catered for dogs with towels,bed , bowel and treats. The garden is amazing There was a clothes maiden but a washing line would be better One of the best cottages we have stayed in .

We are pleased you mentioned Penrath garden centre - one of our favourite places to visit. There is an outdoor rotating clothes line in the coat cupboard with a fixing in the garden but unfortunately we haven’t made that very clear so apologies for that, something to add to the owner’s notes! • "Beautiful bungalow very clean, everything we needed for our stay, couldn’t find the recycling red and blue bags, so left recycling in carrier bags in blue box."

• "Very nice cottage - beautifully presented."

  Very relaxing. When an issue came up regarding the kitchen tap, it was managed very well & swiftly by the representative of Coast & Country Holidays in arranging your maintenance/builder to visit & attend quickly. We would like to come back again.

• "This cottage is absolutely lovely!"

  We’ve stayed in a different property for the last 6+ years so we were initially nervous about booking somewhere new. The property suited us down to the ground! The facilities are brilliant, the furnishings are beautiful and the whole place was spotless! The only negative to mention is that there weren’t any plates/cups/bowls for our little ones - would be nice to have a set of plastic/bamboo crockery so that it’s less worry. We absolutely loved our stay and there were tears when we left! Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay <3

• "Dish washer broke and oven we could not use maybe we did it wrong"

  Hello Allan thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you experienced issues with the dishwasher and oven. We have checked the oven and it appears to be working but in view of your difficulties we will arrange to include instructions for future use. The dishwasher was blocked and should have been cleared before your arrival. We do have a maintenance team who are available to deal with any problems should they arise during our guests stays. We will add their number to the welcome pack. We hope this did not impact your holiday too much and you enjoyed your stay at Folly. Property Owner

• "A lovely, well appointed bungalow in the village of Moylegrove."

  A real home from home. The accommodation was warm, with plenty of room, comfortable beds,great showers. The garden was perfect for our 2 dogs!

• "Truly excellent as a quiet retreat within reach of the local attractions and secluded beauty spots in this area."

  The cottage is beautifully clean and very well equipped, lacking little in the way of facilities and equipment, the minor exceptions perhaps being Freeview on the TV and the provision of a hair dryer. The location, just up the hill on the edge of Moylgrove, is blissfully quiet, with views across the valley. All in all, a lovely relaxing holiday

• "Fountain Folly was perfectly equipped for our festive break."
