"The ground and layout of the cottage is very good."
Especially for our Hearing dog Lenny.
Plenty of areas for him to run.
The Heating was very good, it was nice coming back into warm place.
Pretty good location for reaching the Malvern hills, Great Malvern, and Worcester. It is not too far for Hereford or Gloucester either.

"Great little accommodation, clean, well heated and good kitchen equipment and a comfy bed."
The small garden area which is fenced off was great with us having 2 dogs with us and also we enjoyed watching the birds come to the feeders.
Very nice stay would book again.

"I had a lovely week with my dog."
The garden was ideal for my dog the run around.
The property is well situated for walks straight out the door or in the hills.
I was very grateful the owner gave me the use of a hose. As my cocker spaniel managed to find a smelly muddy puddle.
I would recommend this property

"We did not go on this holiday as I didn't think I had completed the booking as nearing the completion of the booking it said it had already been booked."
I received no confirmation or any contact at all. The following week I booked another cottage in Wiltshire ( where we are now!) The first I knew about this booking was when the owner phoned me last weekend to find out where we were and if we were OK. I phoned Sykes on Monday and they said I could not be refunded because I had put in an incorrect email address, and consequently had no communications. So why have you suddenly contacted me on the correct email?
I have dealt with Sykes for 20 years. Firstly as an owner of 2 cottages and since retirement we have hired, cottages every year. I feel that I have been treated very shabbily and will no longer use your company or recommend it.

"Lovely clean cottage with a secure garden for our dog."
This cottage is well placed for visiting lots of National Trust properties and also the cotswolds. There are plenty of pubs and places to eat nearby and also farm shops and supermarkets to pick up what you need.
We really enjoyed our stay, especially as we had lovely weather.

"A little basic, no welcome pack/guest book, had to call for wifi code."
Lovely enclosed garden but the adjoining cottage had two large dogs that barked at our dog every time she went out and scared her. I do not believe the cottages are big enough for two large dogs and should be a one dog policy.

"CHICKEN WIRE ON TOP OF THE RAILWAY SLEEPERS FORMING THE EDGE TO THE GRASSED AREA WOULD ELIMINATE THE SLIPPERY ISSUE WHEN DAMP!"
PROVISION OF A TEA COSY WOULD BE A NICE ADDITION FOR TEA DRINKERS.
FIXING THE LEAK TO THE FRONT GUTTERING ABOVE AND SLIGHTLY LEFT TO THE FRONT DOOR WHERE THE GUTTER IS JOINED WOULD BE AN IMPROVEMENT.
PROVISION OF AN ADDITIONAL CEILING LIGHT ABOVE THE DINING TABLE WOULD BE ADVANTAGEOUS.
A COMPLIMENTARY "ARRIVALS PACK" WOULD GIVE A BETTER FIRST IMPRESSION ON ARRIVAL.
PROVISION OF A "COMMENTS BOOK" FOR GUESTS TO LEAVE COMMENTS ON PLACES TO VISIT IN THE AREA AND EAT/DRINK ETC WOULD BE BENEFICIAL.

The bed made a noise every time you turned over and there was a musty smell in the living room, very likely to be that the throws covered grubby chairs.
