Aberaeron 3 miles. Situated on an organic farm in wonderful rolling countryside down a single lane farm track of about 0.5 miles, these wonderful Aberaeron holiday cottages are perfect away-from-it-all properties just 3 miles from the scenic Welsh coastline. With private gardens for each cottage plus a large shared lawned area with play area and room to kick a football around, as well as a shared open games barn, you can join in all the fun with other guests and make new friends. Or, stroll down to the owners’ fishing lakes for a spot of quiet time. The detached farmhouse stands proud at the side of the courtyard, with the two other Aberaeron cottages part of a three-cottage stone barn conversion. Each Aberaeron cottage is superbly presented and equipped, and each retains many character features including open beams and stone walls. You may well wish to spend the whole of your holiday right here enjoying the fishing, countryside walks to the River Aeron and cycling opportunities (the properties are part of the Walkers and Cyclists Welcome schemes), or just enjoying the far-reaching countryside views and array of wild birds overhead. However, NT Llanerchaeron house and gardens are nearby, or within a short drive you can enjoy the picturesque seaside town of Aberaeron with its array of shops, tea rooms, pubs and, of course, the beach. For a quieter beach stroll, or to try some surfing, pop along to the secluded bay at Aberarth, a hidden gem. From these delightful Aberaeron holiday cottages, the variety of days out is endless and you will find something for all ages.

The Property

One of three stone cottages, lovingly created from a barn conversion, boasting the original stone steps leading into the spacious open plan living area. This upside-down property takes full advantage of the far-reaching countryside views from the beamed sitting area. The charming enclosed lawned garden with patio can be accessed down a ramped path outside, or through the door in the double bedroom. After varied days out at the beach, local villages or just on countryside walks and cycles you will love to come home to this superb Aberaeron cottage for great family times together.Note: This cottage can be booked with Mill Cottage (Ref: 20004) and The Farmhouse (Ref: 19244) and together they sleep 21 people.

A pretty Georgian coastal town located between Cardigan and Aberystwyth with a lovely pebble beach and beautiful sea views. There is an abundance of shops with unusual gifts, great eating places and pubs, and a quiet little harbour to enjoy watching the boats come and go. Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy watersports or coastal and countryside walks and cycle rides. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A wonderful Mid Wales location all year round.
