"Our first impression was one of disappointment when we realised that the accommodation is in the middle of a housing estate."
There was no welcome pack, no information on any of the appliances and we needed to call the owner to find the Wi-Fi access code. The remote control for the Freesat in the living room did not work and the round coffee was very dusty. The "nearby" pub was a 20 minute walk away, significantly downhill, and required pre-booking. The upstairs bathroom would benefit greatly from the addition of shelving for toothpaste, toothbrush and personal grooming items. In addition, a wall hook for hanging clothing and a wall mounted toilet roll holder would be welcome. Nowhere in the property was there a mirror adjacent to a power socket - something that ladies do find essential when drying hair. On the plus side, the area is very quiet, the enclosed back garden is functional and there are sea views and big skies that can be enjoyed over the rooftops of nearby bungalows.

"Had a lovely short break at Seascapes."
The property is perfect, there is a lounge and conservatory downstairs but we spent most of our time in the amazing upstairs sitting room with views across to the sea. On arrival there was an issue with the housekeeping but the owners immediately came and dealt with it themselves and couldn’t have been more apologetic. The property is about a 15-20 minute walk away from the centre of Hunstanton and is wonderfully quiet, very dog friendly, as are most of the shops and cafes in Hunstanton. Can highly recommend!

"We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape with our dog."
Set in a quiet location there is plenty of space in the property to relax. The upstairs lounge and sun lounge are superb. If you're in to wildlife and/or enjoy walking we would recommend trips to NWT Holme Dunes, RSPB Snettisham and RSPB Titchwell Marsh. We also walked from Holkham to Wells-next-to-the-Sea and visited Kings Lynn.

"We booked last minute and we were the first people to stay at Seascape."
The owner met us on arrival and was very welcoming. The house was in a nice quiet residential area. It was within walking distance of the beach, the town centre and a supermarket. It was in a great location for exploring the North Norfolk coast. The house has everything you need. There is lots of room for relaxing and the upstairs lounge was very comfortable with wonderful views.

The award-winning coastal town of Hunstanton, locally known as Sunny Hunny, is located on the Western side of the East Norfolk Coastline, renowned for its beautiful sunsets over the sea. Hunstanton is a great family-friendly holiday destination. The seafront with promenade offers rock and candyfloss stalls, funfair rides, a sealife sanctuary, bowls, golfing, a leisure centre, pitch-and-putt, Esplanade gardens, theatre, clean sandy beaches, donkey rides and sea tours in an amphibious craft. On Sunday afternoons a band often plays in the bandstand on the green overlooking the beach, serenading sunbathers and day-trippers, while throughout the year additional events are held within the town. Walking along the beach towards Old Hunstanton you find the richly-coloured cliff faces with intriguing rock pools. The beach at Old Hunstanton is popular with sunbathers, and also with wind and kite surfers. Within a 20-mile radius there is a large number of places of interest including NT properties, market towns and flint villages, offering something for all family members.
