Avalenn Cottage is a split-level townhouse located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from Wadebridge town centre.
With the ever popular Camel Trail and all of the town’s amenities close by, and a short drive to the wonderful beaches of Polzeath and Daymer Bay, this is an ideal base for family holidays in Cornwall.
As you arrive at the cottage and walk down a few steps past the apple tree to the front door, you will feel at home the minute you open the door.
You enter into the mid-level hallway past the bathroom then down six steps to the cosy bedrooms.
From the hallway you head up another six steps to the sitting area with beautiful views across the estuary.
From here head up a few more steps to the galley kitchen which overlooks the dining area below, enabling you to talk about the day’s events whilst preparing the evening meal.
A small enclosed rear garden provides just the spot to relax with a cooling drink after the day’s exertions.
The popular town of Wadebridge is a short stroll away with a wonderful collection of pubs and excellent restaurants and bistros, as well as a good choice of independent shops.
Take a short drive to the north Cornwall coast and some of the very best beaches around.
Padstow with its fine selection of top quality restaurants is just eight miles away, or you could head to the millionaire’s paradise of Rock, which is sometimes referred to as Britain's Saint-Tropez, and is only six miles away.
With the whole of Cornwall within easy reach, Avalenn Cottage really is an ideal location with so much to offer at any time of year.
