The property

Plymouth 6.8 miles. In an unspoilt, tranquil wooded valley running down to the sea at Bovisand Bay, Caravan 7 is set within the small, family-run Bovisand Lodge Holiday Park. Just a 200 yard stroll from the huge sandy sweep of Bovisand beach and with access to a large indoor heated pool, children's play park and extensive grounds with resident chickens, ducks and goats, Caravan 7 has its own grassy outdoor seating area with picnic bench alongside a small trickling stream and offers 4 guests a peaceful and friendly spot to stay on this on this award-winning holiday park.

With smart, modern and immaculately presented interiors, you'll find plenty of room to relax on the comfy corner sofa or armchair in the open-plan living area.

A well-equipped kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer make it easy for the chef of the group to whistle up a meal for everyone to enjoy around the dining table for 4; in colder months gas central heating and an electric fire create an even cosier spot to gather and catch up on your favourite shows or films on the Smart TV and DVD player.

There are two stylish bedrooms - a double and a twin with 2'6 single beds, both with restful muted decor and built-in wardrobes, and served by a neat shower-room.

By popular demand there are no bars, club houses, restaurants or cafes on-site.

Rather the focus here is on the tranquil and beautiful, natural surroundings with all properties having direct access from the park to a choice of beaches and to the South West Coast Path.

There are a number of restaurants and country pubs/cafes a short drive away or walk along the coastal path.

As well as the stunning coastline and beaches, there is golf at nearby Staddon Heights, watersports at the Mountbatten Watersports Centre and the vibrant Ocean City of Plymouth is just 7 miles away (or a 4 minute ferry ride from Mountbatten) with its historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe, National Marine Aquarium, theatres, museums and galleries, boat tours, shopping and cinemas and eateries to cater for every taste. Caravan 7 offers beach and nature lovers alike the opportunity to enjoy this special spot on a small friendly park.

NB: Caravan Availability 1 Feb to 31 October each year.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
