"Enjoyed our stay, cosy and warm, great location."
Hello Thankyou for your very positive review, it means a lot to me when my guests are happy with my Lodge. Kind regards Gwen Baird Property Owner

"The kitchen is tired and not clean ."
The bed difficult to get around no room. There was a fault with the water tap but Gerry did fix this immediately and did follow up to see if OK. The lounge was very comfortable. The shower was also good .

"Beautiful Lodge / Location, Very peaceful."
Enjoyed our week away, Property was excellent and would definitely recommend :-)
-
"We (family of 4) are just back from a wonderful week in Scotland."
Our stay at the lodge was great, it is in the perfect location, 20 mins from Perth, 30 mins from Sterling, 1 hr to Loch Lomond, Pitlochry and Edinburgh. The lodge is on a delightful and peaceful small holiday park and is very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom has a en-suite, with bath and shower and lots of storage. There's a separate bathroom and shower for the kids. Their room had 2 single beds, which suited them perfectly. The living room is nicely decorated with plenty of space and free WiFi, tv, dvd, games and info on local attractions. Kitchen has everything we needed, can't fault this lodge. Ideal for a family with 2 children. Would definitely stay again.

"Leaking shower, chipped crockery, toilet roll holder fell off wall 1st night, ..."
Leaking shower, chipped crockery, toilet roll holder fell off wall 1st night, pots and pans need replaced, both hoovers full to capacity and general cleanliness not up to the standard expected, also the noise of the cold water system was awful - howled every time you had a shower

"We had a lovely comfortable stay."
Everything we needed in the lodge. In a great location to visit places of interest. Nice holiday park lovely and peaceful. Would certainly return.
-
"Looked lovely but proved to be not too comfortable for us."
Mainly we did not sleep well in the beds nor could we get comfortable on the living room furniture—too soft with not enough support for our aging bodies. Both issues gave us cricked necks and other pains we could have done without!! However most younger people would not have found these issues a problem.Unfortunately this may prove an issue for others in our age group—-77 to 83 years!! Perhaps a reminder to anyone in our age group who would think of booking with you. I wish you future success in letting 12A at Dunning!!

"Hi great place and very quiet , just nice and relaxing ."
Loads to do and see . Lovely fruit farm next door . Only issue was a fly infestation in the kitchen/lounge so we left a day early as had enough of them.
-
"I have already shared my experience with you, sunnyside lodge 12A is an a1 lodge."
-
"Park is peaceful and ensures a restful stay."
The lodge is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. Would have no hesitation in booking again.
-
"A very clean and comfortable lodge with everything you could possibly need."
The park is very peaceful and quiet. So many places to visit within a short drive. Very central location for touring. We will definitely return.
-
"The lodge was very comfortable and well-appointed."
Everything worked well. The shower and Bath had lots of hot water. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lodge for a stay in Perthshire.
-
"Cleanliness was really good except for a few spiders and cobwebs."
We also cleaned the radiators in washrooms. Unable to work out how to set up WiFi. Not wheelchair or disable friendly when going in front door, steps were very big. The lodge itself was very nice, very warm and very well laid out.

"Caravan in disguise, DEFINITELY not a lodge."
Cupboards filled with last client products - we were told to empty all cupboards & fridge of our things -we found a cupboard full of used products, was there not a proper clean before our arrival ? We drive a hybrid car and charged the car once per day - nothing on website to say this was not allowed. We have discarded other properties because of this issue. Sykes team called us on 5th night of a 7 night stay to inform us the owner didn’t want us to charge our vehicle. We unplugged it. 30 minutes later park manager knocked on our door to inform us on behalf of the owner to stop charging our car . This issue could have been resolved if the owner contacted us directly or told the managing agents of they’re preference for not allowing electric vehicles to charge at their property. Incidentally the cost of charging my hybrid vehicle is 35p per day - not a cost I’m willing to absorb on what I believe to be a caravan at full cost considering absolutely no amenities. I suggest the owner does their homework and factor in any costs required and not have clients disturbed twice in one evening that resulted in us leaving early and having to post this ( HONEST ) review. I will definitely not be booking another holiday at this site or with this company.

"So annoyed that we Forgot to leave message in the guest book hope owner can do it t by proxy."
My hubby step dad a. I had a wonderful stay with our 2 dogs .we had stayed back in June 2018 and this is why we returned , it was great then however now it had clearly been upgraded the interior to an even higher and most excellent standard. LOVLEY friendly site , lodge jade gated veranda for dogs to nosey from too. Everything you needed was there , it was also immaculate inside . It is a lovley lodge well situated for exploring surrounding areas. We wil definatly be goung back again sometime in the future. Comes highly recommended from us all.

"Sunnyside 12 A was excellent."
Gwen has thought of everything. The welcome pack was a nice touch, especially the treats for our dog. The site was quiet but the residents on the site were very friendly. We will certainly be returning in the future.
-
"A really well equipped lodge, very comfortable, lovely and warm, very peaceful."
Easy to get to visit lots of places by car. Our dogs had a great time on their walks. Although we do not tend to return to places we stay in I would definitely recommend this lodge.
-
"This is a superbly well appointed lodge - it even has a wine chiller which is a first for us."
Great spot for hill walks or for visiting Edinburgh or Dundee etc. Very, very quiet.
-
"Excellent and comfortable property but felt the site was just too quiet for us"
-
"The lodge was spotless ,equipped with everything that was required ."
The location was ideal for visiting different locations.
-
"Everything was perfect we had a relaxing stay ."
Weather was great and all the other residents were so friendly and welcoming.
-
"Cannot fault the lodge, well stocked, clean and very comfortable."
It even had a drying line for clothes on a patch of grassed area at the side and it’s own parking bay. Our dog loved the outside patio area as it was secured with a gate so she could come and go as she pleased with the French door open. You can walk around the lake but you might want to keep your dog on a lead as it has its own swans and ducks. A five minute walk along the side of the road to Dunning. A golf course and park, a Nisa shop and a pub…. that’s it. We loved it as it was peaceful and quiet ( what we wanted) and a fantastic base for Other places to visit. I wouldn’t recommend for children as I think they would have been bored.
-
"Both the park and the lodge itself totally met our pre-holiday expectation which, coupled with the good weather, contributed to a really enjoyable week's break."
-

"Being self catering I thought there would be more consumables, two rolls of toilet for 4 for a week!"
It’s also about time bath sheets were used, towels are so small!
Thankyou for your feedback I have taken note of your comments and will take action when we are doing our 6 monthly maintenance check and replace the towels with bath sheets Property Owner
-
"Due to being pet friendly it would have been useful if the outdoor patio had a gate or other to allow for a secure outdoor area for our dog."
-

-
"Very comfortable, extremely well equipped lodge."
Beautiful, quiet setting ideal for a relaxing break but central for days out.
-
"We absolutely loved our stay here."
Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. Excellent communication with the owner and a great base to explore from. The only thing we’d have like was a recycling bin on site, but as there wasn’t we took our recycling away with us.
-

"This is a wonderful chalet."
It had everything that we needed for an enjoyable break. I can't emphasis enough how clean it was.....absolutely immaculate. The site is lovely and quiet and very well kept and it is central for visiting lots of places. Dunning itself is a small village but the local shop is well stocked. The close proximity of the village of Auchterarder is a bonus. It has some nice shops and cafe's.
-
"Lovely lodge and well equipped."
Had everything that we required. Lovely area with plenty of walks. Good base for seeing other parts of Scotland.
-
"This lodge was perfect for us."
It was aiming for older couples (not young families) which now suits us perfectly. The site was lovely and quiet and only a short walk into the village - again, perfect. At a time when good hygiene is crucial, we were so relieved when we arrived to see a spotlessly clean lodge. Someone had obviously gone to a lot of trouble to have the whole place spotless! Thank you for a great holiday location!
-
"Loved the peace and quiet of this site."
The chalet was very well equipped and included many extras in the way of toiletries and cleaning products. The chalet was spotlessly clean and all the equipment worked well.
-

"Lodge 12A was thoughtfully equipped to an extremely high standard with absolutely everything you could possibly need."
Extremely comfortable, cosy and in a lovely quiet location, yet close to all amenities and main roads. Great place for our dog too. Fantastic place to base yourself.
-
"The patio door didn’t close properly therefore causing the draft, and the main door leaked water when it rained apart from that the cottage was excellent."
we are not sure whether the owner is aware of those two problems
-
"What can i say it was a dream holiday and we would deffinately return soon"
-
"Such a lovely location with lovely villages close by with all you needed great shops pubs restraints ."
