    Beautiful spotlessly clean cottage.kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed and large dog secure garden. Much appreciated lovely welcome pack. Dog bowls,towels and bed also there. Booked again for next year. Look forward to returning. Beautiful walks and beaches in the area.

  • "This is one of the best Air bnb."

    I have stayed in. Its a long way to from England but well worth it. We arrived in the dark to be greeted by a warm glow of the Christmas tree. Biscuits, fudge, tea,coffee and milk. Can you imagine the extra surprise when I pulled the bedroom blinds to see the sea. The cottage is a perfect size for 2 people. Note the bathroom is downstairs, but that wasnt a problem for us. It had everything you needed for the stay. An enclosed garden. All kitchen requirements and tools. Th tv, should you want to watch had loads of available channels and apps. There is a small shop down the road. But Fraserburgh is only a few miles away. Best stay ever.

  • "Had a lovely week in St Combs."

    Cottage is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. Garden is fully enclosed which allowed us to let our Dalmatian Bonnie out into the garden without any concerns. Bed was comfortable and warm too sleep in. The village is an excellent base for touring the local area, being 5 mins from Fraserburgh. The local beach is stunning, we had seals watching us just offshore. Would most definitely visit the cottage again if we are back up in the north east.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay."

    The cottage was spotless and beautifully furnished. Our rough collie really loved the garden. It was completely enclosed so we could relax with a coffee while he investigated. The stairs are a bit steep and the treads aren’t very big, so you have to be careful.

  • "A very tidy and well appointed holiday let, Had everything you need and the immediate essentials were all provided."

    It is quite a cosy little cottage with perhaps the only slight drawback being the toilet and shower room being downstairs and just the one bedroom upstairs. Not great for any elderly folk that are 'up in the night'. It is clearly dog friendly and the owners have provided dog essentials: bowls, beds, throws etc. The local beach is ideal for dog walkers and if you make the effort to get up early enough and make it to where the waters from the Loch of Strathbeg enter the Sea, you may be rewarded with the sight of huge colonies of seals on the beach, particularly if it's low tide. And not another sole on the beach. Fabulous !

This small, welcoming fishing village rests on the east Aberdeenshire coast in Scotland, offering a hotel with a restaurant as well as a general store, a shop serving fish, chips and ice cream and a wonderful sandy beach.
