  • "Absolutely Amazing, we would highly recommend this holiday home, everything was first class and the Owners were informative and extremely helpful."

The little personal touches added an extra bonus on top of an already awesome getaway. So many areas of this home was fantastic and well thought out, little nooks for chilling, library/games area that we loved. Views from every room across open fields. Fully secured Garden for dogs and children, and bonus a HOT TUB! This house has everything to make your stay easy, warm and comfortable, We even did Our washing and got it dried on the Washing Line provided which meant no chores when we got home, just unpacked and that was it. We WILL be back. Five Stars from Us for this Home.

  • "An absolute hidden gem!"

really gives you the feel of Scotland in the highlands. we arrived very late at night and the owner popped out to see us and make sure we were ok. heating was on which was an added bonus. the owners left a welcome basket of goodies and a welcome note. the place is very spacious and very modern, hot tub with amazing scenery and very comfy beds. 5 min drive to local town with amenities. had sunday dinner at Drovers arms, which was amazing, worth the prices! 30min drive to local beaches, we went to montrose and had a great park for kids, right opposite the beach. we will definitely be coming back.

  • "Woodwrae cottage was lovely."

Very peaceful and secluded but also not to far from shops. The cottage was very spacious clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and you can link up your music to it. Large enclosed garden which was amazing for our dog with plenty of scenery to take in whilst on walks. Will 100% be rebooking.

  • "A gorgeous house in a lovely location, the views were absolutely stunning."

The owners were really nice and friendly; they left us a lovely little welcome basket and even treats for the dog which I thought was a very nice gesture. The house is decorated beautifully with attention to detail. Lovely big enclosed garden for the dog and we really enjoyed the hot tub. We can’t wait to go back and have recommended to our friends and family.

! Couldn’t fault the place or the owners they couldn’t do enough for you. Welcome basket was superb, even treats for the dogs. We have been to a few cottages over the years and this was the best by far, value for money was fantastic, it’s not a cottage it’s a large house

  • "Lovely property in a great location for our needs."

In terms of size, the pictures really don’t do the cottage justice, it’s very spacious and modern yet retains character, and some lovely touches throughout the cottage. Good sized enclosed garden for the dogs, and walks available from the cottage door. Owners friendly and helpful, and live nearby on the farm should there be any issues (we didn’t have any.) We would definitely recommend this property, and hope to return soon.

  • "One of those houses where you literally take one step inside and know you’re going to come back, without seeing the rest of the house first!"

We stayed with our 2 little boys and all absolutely loved it. The house is beautiful. We expected it to be nice from the photos but it was even better than we’d hoped - every detail has been thought of. It was really stylish, immaculate and had everything we possibly needed all week. The view is lovely and we had the fire lit every day and sat enjoying it with our books. The hot tub was a special extra especially when the baby and toddler were asleep!! Honestly couldn’t recommend enough - we booked to return before even checking out :)
