Spent a lot of time on the decking and round on some lovely beaches that were near by. Beds were very comfortable and shower was great. Used the cooker a few times and had no issues with that. Over all had a great time.

  • "Thoroughly enjoyed my weeks stay."

The lodge was clean, comfy, homely and I wish I could have stayed longer. The view from the living room areas windows across fields, including the owners, are wonderful and on a clear day you can see Snowdonia on the horizon. It's within easy traveling distance to some beautiful beaches and bays and I used the small supermarkets and a number of very good takeaways in nearby Valley for shopping and food. Chris, the owner, is on site and most helpful if you need anything. Will definitely be going back.

  • "Although the property was pet “friendly “I didn’t consider it to be pet safe."

I.e. No gate on decking did ask the owner if he could find something to block/ act as a gate he said he would and mentioned a pallet but didn’t get back to me. Shared gate to unusable field owing to grass being 2/3 ft high.

Hi Phil thank you for taking the time to leave us Feedback I Really appreciate it. Sorry we didn’t get to bale the field for the dogs for you,it’s just the changeable weather we have been having. It’s all done now ready for future guestsz, I have also commissioned a gate for the entrance to the decking on your recommendation. So Pleased you enjoyed your stay and love to see you all again. • "The lodge is an older type of mobile home but was comfortable and spacious for the two of us."

Well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Bottle of fizz in fridge. Comfy bed and good shower. Future visitors may wish to take coat hangers as none in either wardrobe. We enjoyed the spacious decking area with good outdoor furniture looking out to the mountains in the distance. It is on a cycle route and we had several rides during our stay. Chris the owner kindly sent a message the day before arrival to let us know we could access the property earlier than stated which was appreciated. He also dealt immediately with a small problem with the hot water as the gas had run out. Altogether a good week’s holiday.

Hi Anne, thank you for taking the time to leave Mountain View Lodge 2 Feedback. I take your point about the coat hangers and have restocked the wardrobe. Really glad you enjoyed your Holiday with us and the fact that we are located right on the Anglesey Cycle path.helped your enjoyment of the island. Property Owner
