  • "Oiled for tyre and comfortable seating for 2."

Wasted time calling the helpline as did niit get back to me. Finally got a reply after sending another message and no help at all . I feel that the property was not equipped fir three and should have been affirmed an alternative straight away. Would you want to send your holiday with one person sitting on a flimsy dining chair to watch tv or one sitting on the bed ? It was noisy in the evening but we were warned about this and it was not too much of a problem . Would not have been so bad if it were cooler as we needed the windows open s as ll. ichthyosaurs to keep cool I will not be using Sykes again due to the appalling customer service which is a shame as I have used them many times before

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do appreciate your thoughts regarding the sofa and dining chair, and perhaps not being big enough to comfortably sit 3 guests, we are currently looking into this. As mentioned previously, the location is very central and close to an abundance of local friendly cafes and shops. Property Owner

  • "The property was great."

Only a couple of things to mention. The shower really needs updating, just a new shower head , and the area isn’t the best. I know this has nothing to do with the actual property, but defo worth a mention. A few homeless guys hanging around near the front, the kids outside the property till around 9/10 pm. Sometimes ringing the front bell

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for your feedback, we will ensure to replace the shower head before we have any future guests. We hope to see you again soon :) Property Owner

  • "Had difficulty opening front door with code door has to be pulled forward then ..."

Had difficulty opening front door with code door has to be pulled forward then code in and open - would have been a handy tip - inside very clean and bright and apartment very clean and nicely furnished modern and functional- would have been good to have some kitchen roll and say some foil for oven - didn’t cook there though - beds very comfy - on the downside felt a bit airless and when windows opened very noisy from square specially in the mornings

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. Whilst the location is very central and close to an abundance of local friendly cafes and shops, there is a higher level of noise, in comparison with some of our less central apartments. Although we are happy to that you were happy with the apartment and enjoyed your stay! All the best! Property Owner
