  • "What a cosy apartment, we felt at home straight away."

The owners had thought of everything, warm rugs, tea, coffee and a welcoming cornish cream scone with jam and clotted cream. The location is perfect for walks and exploring and the village is unspoilt with everything we needed.

  • "Fabulous apartment right on the South West coast path."

Turn left out of the front door and you are at the harbour in 5 minutes, turn left for Chynhalls Point, a secluded sandy cove or the cliff path in a few minutes walk - an amazing location. Perfect spot to watch the sun rise, if you are up early enough! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, would definitely stay there again. For the older or less mobile the 70-odd steps up through the house and then on up to the parking area to the rear might be a problem.

  • "A lovely apartment, clean, had all the facilities you could possibly need for an enjoyable, relaxing holiday."

The welcome pack on arrival, was a very much appreciated addition. A gorgeous sea view from the patio doors.

  • "We really enjoyed our stay at Njoya."

Only two comments following our visit:- Instructions did not mention access to ground floor level. We had to carry our luggage down 77 steps before we reached the apartment. No instructions left to show us how to use the hob. The property cannot be seen from the roadside so picture is misleading. We eventually found the property and car park. These are only comments to help future clients. We really enjoyed our holiday and have booked another week away in September with yourselves. Thank you.

  • "Njoya is a wonderful apartment."

The views are absolutely stunning. The apartment itself is well setup and very comfortable. It's a lovely touch having the welcome pack and bathrobes - really added to the experience. There was a problem with the oven, but this was sorted as quickly as the owner could. We definitely hope to come back in the future and would certainly recommend it.
