  • "Shipston is a very good base to explore the Cotswolds and Stratford-upon-Avon, but the house is so lovely and comfortable that you might not want to go out!"

We would have spent another week here gladly!

  • "Very clear joining instructions and details of appliances made it easy for us to settle down quickly in this warm and spacious property."

It was clean and well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very conveniently situated at the centre of town with shops and eating places, yet was peacefully insulated against traffic noise. A lovely base from which to explore beautiful countryside and historic sites; strongly recommended.

Thanks for your kind review, pleased you had an enjoyable stay. Property Owner

A lovely big two bedroom property with the added bonus of two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet, the property was very well located in the middle of a nice small town with all facilities close to hand, It was spotlessly clean and had a parking spot right outside, communication with the owner and agent was great Would definitely return

Thank you, so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Would love to have you back! Property Owner

  • "Great location."

The cottage is bigger than it looks in the photos and well-equipped. Excellent base for getting to places of interest. Shipston itself is good for shops, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, and everyone was really friendly.

  • "What a great find!"

Everything you could possibly need was provided. Setting was just right, parking right outside the door, a little outdoor seating area to take in the sun! Very convenient for south Warwickshire and North Gloucestershire tourist spots Thanks for renting out our beautiful property!

  • "We thoroughly enjoy our stay."

The property was surprisingly quiet considering its location in the town, and nice to have its own car parking space. Shipston is an interesting small town with plenty of individual shops, and is in a very central position for visiting the Cotswolds, South Warwickshire, Gardens/ Country Houses etc. A comfortable and high standard property. Hope to visit again. Alan & Gill.

  • "We had a lovely time at the old council house, the property had everything we needed to enjoy our break away."

The location of the property was also perfect with lots of activities available, all within a very reasonable driving distance. The town centre was a short walk away, local shops were great, and people friendly. Would 100% recommend.

  • "We had a fabulous stay at No 4."

The cottage was clean, quiet, beautifully appointed and in an excellent location. The village is large enough to have good food, coffee ,interesting boutiques but not too big that it loses its character and is busy.

Thank you for your kind feedback, we are so pleased you enjoyed your stay. Property Owner
